My goal is to make math understandable for anyone who has ever thought, “I’m not good at math.”
As a Math Teacher available for private one-on-one tutoring, I work with all ages — from K12 to university students and those returning to school — having taught for over two decades in public and private settings across Northern and Southern California.

With my background as a UC Berkeley and Cal State Fullerton alumna — holding a BA in Applied Math, an MA in Education, and an MS in Statistics — I am equipped to teach all levels of math. My experience spans from Basic Math, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Precalculus, and Calculus, to Statistics. Whether you are mastering the basics or tackling advanced university courses, I’ll show you how to move from “not getting it” to truly understanding the language of mathematics.

Kepler and Newton represent a critical transition in human history, the discovery that fairly simple mathematical laws pervade all of Nature; that the same rules apply on Earth as in the skies; and that there is a resonance between the way we think and the way the world works. – Carl Sagan
